Suitable for beginners. It's aerial yoga for those that want to explore a different way to develop strength, control and flexibility. Please remember your water bottle and your yoga mat for this class. Please note that we request that all jewellery must be removed when participating in this class. This class is taken by Sam.

This class has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your space over 24 hours prior to the class start time class credit notes are available for the full class amount but please note that due to transaction charges that all money refunds will have automatic deductions.
