With the paid membership you will receive your own personal access to the online programmes where you will find the online classes and workout videos, which are updated every 6 weeks. These videos can be watched as many times as you wish, at anytime and anywhere. (Internet access dependent).

Below is a brief description for each of the genres

Pop Pilates

A fusion of choreographed Pilates, Yoga and Barre inspired moves all taught to the beat of the music. Fun, challenging and a true muscle sculptor, leaving no muscle untouched including your cardiovascular system. A fitness class with a difference especially designed for 1st Position Fitness, not like you get any where else. You will get a updated program every 6 weeks so you can get familiar with the choreography and truly notice yourself getting stronger and more flexible. Videos will be uploaded weekly and available for a a limited time to fit in your schedule.

Pilates

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs.

Please note your subscription can be cancelled at anytime and no money will be taken after the month end of your current active subscription.
